Create Calm in Your Addiction Recovery

My creating clam in recovery program is a 90-day 1-on-1 program designed to specifically help you to:

1) Identify roadblocks to peace and serenity;

2) Brainstorm ways to overcome these blocks; and

3) Develop long-term strategies to help you maintain a meaningful sobriety.

Identify roadblocks to peace and serenity

This involves getting honest with oneself. What is really going on? I will provide you some tools to help guide you to answer this question in the first 30 days. We can also start to integrate reiki energy healing and meditation sessions to begin to calm down the nervous system to allow for more answers to become apparent.

Brainstorm ways to overcome these blocks

The next 30 days involves figuring out ways for you to overcome these blocks. Do you have to try something new? Is there something you need to get back to that helped previously? Along with continued reiki energy healing and meditation sessions, we will begin to dive deeper into these blocks using additional tools, identify limiting beliefs, and beginning to work on short-term solutions that are practical and doable for you.

Develop long-term strategies to help you maintain a meaningful sobriety

The last 30 days is all about finding ways to take the short-term solutions and make them long lasting in your life. We will also identify key timeframes for. you to check in with me to see if you are maintaining your progress. Additional reiki energy healing and meditation sessions can continue based on your individual needs.

We didn’t get sober to not live life! Let me help you today.
