Recovery Coaching helps people who are in addiction treatment and/or early recovery gain access to the resources, services, and support that will assist them to achieve long-term recovery. This support will help you address areas of your lives that have been negatively impacted by addiction through holistic wellness services.

I assist those with less than 90 days to start to navigate the path from a life of addiction to a life in recovery. I have personal experience with navigating these paths and will offer “insider” knowledge with a holistic wellness twist.

I help to remove personal and environmental obstacles to recovery and help you discover a recovering community, and I will serve as a personal guide and mentor.

Please note: I am not your sponsor or your therapist and I will not offer counseling, therapy or other clinical professional services.

Recovery coaching is not for you if:

  • You are more committed to your addiction than your recovery

  • You need medical intervention for your addiction

  • You are going back into rehab or detox

My program 90-day program includes:

  • 12 weekly one-on-one transformational 30-minute sessions with me

  • 3 tools for success in your first 90 days

  • Weekly group to connect with others

  • To have the tools needs to obtain 90 days of continuous sobriety

  • To develop skills for thriving in your new way of life

  • Transform your thinking and have more clarity in decision-making

  • Get to know like-minded people and form a community
